the anxious generation
descirption
In the last few months, I’ve been diving deeper into how anxiety and fear can stop us from being our best selves—not just in terms of performance, but also in happiness and mindfulness.
This sculpture is part of a series that explores how our fears persuade us to cling to comfort, shying away from change. It reminds me of a totem, perhaps visualizing fear or anxiety itself. The funny part? We actually need both anxiety and fear to live fully—they help us distinguish what’s safe and what isn’t. It’s just that some of us experience them differently. These sculptures were created during my most anxious moments.
Crafted in VR with Adobe Medium and brought to life in Cinema 4D and Redshift. Some Sculpting BTS in the last slide.
