Y&B Visuals
descirption
Y&B Visuals, a web design and no-code development studio, focuses on creating dynamic, innovative digital experiences for the web. They reached out to me to create a unique artistic direction that reflects the studio's creative power and technical expertise in no-code development technology.
The objective was to develop a cohesive artistic direction and create abstract 3D designs that elevate Y&B Visuals' brand identity, making it stand out in the competitive digital landscape. The challenge was to balance modern aesthetics with the technical sophistication that they embody.

Concept Development
Initial concepts focused on geometric forms, fluid motion, and a clean, modern aesthetic. Early sketches explored various ways to represent the brand’s identity through 3D elements that would be both eye-catching and functional, and yet staying in the abstract realm.
Discovery Sessions
During our discovery sessions, we thoroughly analyzed the desired brand positioning. The client provided a detailed moodboard, which became a foundational tool in shaping our approach. From this, we developed several strategic documents and boards that guided our design process and the business' direction. Our goal was to create visuals that felt human, innovative, and transparent, avoiding any association with magical or blockchain aesthetics. We aimed for colors that were humane and communicative, steering clear of corporate or slow vibes, and to highlight the studio's no-code technology foundation.
Explorations
To explore these concepts, I created a range of design directions - solid and abstract. On the solid end, I used concrete shapes like cubes, cylinders, and stacked objects, which metaphorically represented the structured nature of no-code development. On the abstract side, I experimented with melted glass and fluid, organic forms that echoed the desired innovative and human qualities of the brand. These explorations were crucial in aligning the visual language with Y&B Visuals' strategic goals.
To dive deeper into the visual possibilities, I created quick motion tests inspired by the fluidity and organic feel of melted glass abstracts. These tests were initially rendered in low quality to expedite the process, allowing for rapid iteration. Once the desired effect was achieved, I upscaled the videos to enhance clarity and detail, preserving the intricate textures and flow of the glass-like forms.
